much better, and a little tip on what i do when i feel like messing up

that's much better
7 pounds total in 8 days
not as much as it could've been but better than i thought
but now i'm thinking that the scale i bought is wrong and can't wait till i weight myself at work on Wednesday
it's an obsession, i realize it
but that's what helps me not eat, so whatever
what i do when i feel like messing up is i don't picture how i'll be eating that food that i'm craving at the moment
instead, i picture how i'll feel after i ate it
and i realize that no food is worth the guilt and disgust with myself that i'll feel and how mad at myself i will be
and i keep going
