Quick update on my health journey

Demodex cream causing massive die off in face, starting iodine therapy sometime soon too.

Well the demodex mite treatments certainly are causing an apocolyptic meltdown on my face. I truly feel there is a war going on. Scattering, screaming, angry mites running around in my skin. Skyscrapers burning, schools being firebombed, churches-ahem well yes maybe Im a little nutty with my analogy but thats what it feels like. At firs twith the treatment it was killing the mites on the surface, using ponds cold cream. I had a million little whiteheads. Now that Im using the zz cream from demodex solutions, its killing them in the deep layers of my skin, and you can imagine what kind of hell thats causing. I have a painful cyst the size of a marble growing out of my forehead, and burning pustules all over my chin. Its a nightmare. But I want my parasite load down so the horrible immune reaction can stop, and my immune system can build back up again.

Im also going to start iodine therapy back up again sometime after the new year. I purchased a very high quality celtic sea salt for salt loading, so hopefully that will help prevent the massive healing crisis I experianced last time I did iodine for a week. Hopefully it will help with any detox zits too, because I dont want anything to confuse the results of mite die off Im having. Although I didnt notice my acne get particularly worse besides from the mite treatment while doing iodine, my throat just got horribly sore and I felt like I wanted to sleep for three years and could barely move.

Tuesday marks three weeks on the demodex solutions cream. Ill keep updating with my progress.
