Yea, it seems like everyone's acne is caused by something different and finding out what the cause is is the difficult part. Trial and error sometimes is the only way to figure it out. If you don't already, you should keep a daily journal of all the important particulars - diet, hours/quality of sleep, cleansing protocol and supplements taken, skin condition, emotional condition, skin products used etc. That way next year you can read back and look for conditions that seemed to help or hurt your skin.
