There is a phenomena
in nature, that we gain and
expend a lot of energy holding
up a Wall to defend ourselves
against something on the other
side of a WALL.

SURRENDERING
to RECEIVE
the love that is naturally here
on Mother Earth.

I was spellbound,
last night, i was attempting to go to the bank
to make some deposits.
This was so very difficult.
I made the MISTAKE of playing DESTINO

Daniel Hendrick.
I was SPELLBOUND.
I could not move.
I was feeling low energy when I started.
My housemate H heard the music.
She loves Opera.

My How Spirit Works!
In all the six days I spend at the recent
International Feng Shui Conference,
I found time to step into only one class
for ten minutes...and even then, I dozed off
into a nap, I was so tired.
The woman teaching the class greated me
with a friendly hello when I entered even
though the class was in session.

to take care of details.

Had a good friend just remind me
that there is as high as a go in prep with conferences
there is always a coming down to normalcy.
I have been feeling invinicible and wanted to tackle
some deep levels of decluttering around the house.
Today I felt in a vice. I could not even upload the best
of the Slow Foods photos. There is something wrong
with the Media Card that will not let me upload.
I can see the photos on the disk through the viewfinder,
but they do not show on the media card!
That is just the top of the list.

Had a feeling as if I stepped
into my future yesterday.
Connected very strongly
with an entourage of very successful
world class Opera singers at the Slow
Foods event. Near went on stage to
do a poem, but the event ran over.
Yesterday was an amazing day
with lots of emotions. The morning is
passing me by. I am not sure if I have the luxury
to take time to write it all.
Went to this incredible cultural happening
yesterday at the Orfila Winery near Escondido
where the San Diego Slow Foods group was
having its annual fundraiser.
It was an amazing cultural happening.
I turned into the primary photographer, or so it seems.
It was an event I felt I needed to be at,
but I had various resistances to going.
Slow Foods started in Italy as a reaction to Fast Foods.

Woke up in the middle of a dream.
There was a Walrus that took charge
and got tired os seeing me in pain about
the way things were. The Walrus had great
power and was self contained, and
in its own natural way, cleaned up
my life.
Woke up in some kind of dream
that had to do with boundaries
and holding my own.
These squisky animals were taking advantage of me,
different kinds of animals. i felt invaded, and incapable
of taking care of myself and my own boudaries.
Then i came upon this Self Contained Walrus.
Lots of blubber, all covered up, with scarfs around
the neck sitting in a square bed.
The Walrus saw the difficulty I had cleaning house
of all these intrustive other animals--some were
slimy seals, and what nots that were invading my space.

Radical Honesty

There is a book I never read called Radical Honesty.
I imagine it is about the power that comes from barring
all our feelings, no matter what they are. I have a sense
that when we tell our truth, no matter what it is, we have
the opportunity to shift our position and get off where we
are stuck. I personally realize I have as many fundamentalist
positions as anyone else. I do not best to give as much as space to
other ways of viewing, without calling them names.
