Made a new ally today at HCI,
CANDY JOHNSON, who heads up editorial.
She was very helpful.
I also followed up and sent her linksto my hummingbird photos
and copies of the story. She is going to look them over in a week.
I also sent these to TERI POLOSI,
who heads up projects and LARISSA,
who is in charge of photos and art.
This took time, but I feel good about taking this time.

We have an outstanding brand of
Avocado Oil available here in San Diego.
I met the creators of it a number of years ago
at the WHOLE FOODS MARKET Local Vendors Day.
I sent some time with taking some photos this past
Sunday at the HILLCREST FARMERS’ MARKET.
I will be writing more and getting up those photos soon.

To do before I can clean up...

Up from a nap.
I put a bunch of hours today
into cleaning and clearing the back porch.
I lot of things are in the backyard still
and need to be moved back, or gone through.
HANNA helped me for a few hours repot some plants
that needed a lot of help.
MARCIA was here to clean and put in three hours as well.
It is an immense job, just this.
I will work on it again tomorrow.
Lots of glass jars to wash.
I want it to be sanitary for food storage of
fresh foods from the FM.
Definitely a day in the life of the

This is going to be a full day.
I have the recession expo
in the morning and early afternoon,
and the last Sunday of the month gathering
starting at 4 PM.
Sunday is my FM day for food for the week.
This is going to take a lot of coordination.
I will need at least one solid helper.
I will want to have somethings delivered
from the FM, and/or...????
I enjoy going downtown for big events.

I met MARIANNE WILLIAMSON some time in the early 2000’s or late 1900’s.
I like her. CAROLINE, I find a tough cookie, when it comes to her ideas about
healing. It would be good to check in on her ideas again. I am not sure
I agree with all she says from my own Soul Experience. I will clarify that
another time as it comes up.

Laid in bed a little longer.
Reality check on the physical this morning.
Having to face emotions regarding
my bowel. Diarrhea persists.
It is ongoing since last before last fall.
It is close to summer now.
I anticipated it would naturally end when
the Spring or late Spring came.
That has been the pattern.
None of my remedies are really having an impact.
I may not be consistent enough in them.

Just had a most delightful number of hours
sitting in the backyard with RUSS PIERCE.
We hooked up at the HILCREST FM last Sunday
for a little moment and exchanged emails.
He was my therapist about 20 years ago
for a while. I have not seen too much of him
in the last twenty years.
We started to talk about our family tree.
He is doing some fascinating eye opening
research into the stories we can learn from
knowing who are relatives are.
He talked about a lot of things.
It was enjoyable for both of us.

one of the most ongoing difficult assignments
is living with a group of people,
on 1/3 of an acre.
There are some notes I want to refine in the morning.
Today, I will focus on my class.
I want to go over the sumer plan tomorrow.
I also have the FIC update to do...online.
and for the print edition.
If too late for print corrections,
