This was a heavy day in many ways.
It is the passage from the 49th day
on the Journey of Awakening I have
been doing. Tonight we passed
into the 50th Day--the Harvest Festival
called Shavuot, in the Jewish Mystical
Tradition. At this time, community forms
at Sinai. The twelve tribes come together
to Receive. It would normally be a happy
time for me, but not right now tonight.

Just had a very deep insightful ten minutes
with BURT BIALIK.
He is very involved with Universal Teachings
from numbers of traditions including Judaism.
I was telling him about
the passing of RABBI ARYEH HIRSCHFIELD.
Burt met him once and had a sense of him as a Force.
Both Burt and Aryeh are involved in interfaith work.
Burt shared something very deep.
It had to do with how fast we go.
He spends a lot of time attuning his beat to
the heart beat. Burt drums.

The Linkery: What the Farmers bring in, determines what is on the Menu!
Chef Jem and I stopped in there after the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.
A lot more restaurants are needed to shop the Hillcrest Farmers' Market,
and shoppers. This is therapeutic quality food, local, organic, fresh picked.
Tthe vital forces are still in the food. A lot of food was left over at the end
of the market, still looking for a good tummy.

I did better this Saturday night-Sunday morning
of rest than I did last Saturday.
I have been merciless in allowing my
Creative Spirit and Energies to Dominate
my Sleep Time. At times, it feels good
to go to work when I wake up at night.
I have been doing this the past week,
but it leaves me very tired during the day.
It would be better if I allowed myself
to go to sleep earlier, but I am in a pattern
now of wanting to chilll out before going
to bed through watching something on T.V.
