Forgiveness often begins with a decision to feel better. We’ve all seen people go through painful events, and some get over it and others continue to suffer. Often, suffering breeds more suffering as we pass bad feelings on to others. It doesn’t make a lot of sense to hold onto these feelings, if we can learn to resolve them and move on. That is what this class is about.
The classes will be taught by Dr. Fred Luskin of Stanford University, an expert in forgiveness who has successfully helped family survivors of 9/11 move on with their lives, as well as assisting many other people to deal ... read more

KATIE COURIC BOMBING!
I have years of media experience and even a Masters degree in TV/Radio Production. But I did not need my degree or years of media experience to know the obvious. The Network (CBS) who had the worse TV Anchor for 2 decades (Dan Rather) Dan, as we all remember was not a stickler on news being necessarily fact.
The obvious was that with Katie Couric gone, Today show ratings could only go up.

To say the loss of an almost human being has not effected my life would be a lie.
I never talked to Gail again since that dismal day, Just days before I had lost my sister to a senseless murder in the South Bronx. She was shot in the head while leaving a Christmas party. It was a long night alone in my Brooklyn Apartment where I lie alone in my bed as Gail was waiting for results in a NYC Hospital. I fell asleep in tears, praying that the woman I loved would be okay.
I remember being awakened in the middle of the night with extreme pain in the head and neck.

A Bronx Story
It is a crisp cool Monday morning when I board the D train to Manhattan to begin my Morning Commute. It is another wet and cold winter day underground in the Bronx. The cold wind has found its way through 6the subway grates and onto the Fordham Road subway platform.
