Spirituality & Sexuality For Men: I found this post to be a fascinating read! Even if you don't attend the weekend retreat, David Deida's book, "The Way Of The Superior Man: A Spiritual Guide to Mastering the Challenges of Woman, Work, and Sexual Desire" sounds like a must-read for today's spiritually-oriented man! I took my daughter to services today, and heard the Rabbi tell once again the story of Abraham, his wives Sara and Hagar, and the sons of his wives, Isaac and Ishmael. Jews and Muslims both consider Abraham to be the patriarch of their religions, as Isaac founded the Hebrew clans and Ishmael founded the Arabic clans.

Last weekend I went to Gathering of the Elders in Big Bear, California. Indigenous elders from all over the world met and shared their stories, wisdom, and healing. I met Bennie LeBeau (Blue Thunder), a Shoshone Elder who spoke of the Rainbow Tribe. My mouth dropped open in wonder and I cried as I listened to him speak. The message he gave sounded so much like the one Spirit sent to me in "Birth/Death/Rebirth", received in the early morning of the first day of Gathering of the Elders! Spirit and Mother Earth spoke to me after the Gathering and told me the following:
Spirit Guides: ...you were never one meant to spend your life quietly, silently, on a meditation cushion in a monastary. You have been and done that in the past(life), in Japan. No, you are meant in this lifetime to be a mouth, a spokesperson for Spirit. Things will unfold for you. They are unfolding now. Mother wishes to speak to you. A time of transition and change!
