Know that you are Loved.

Release tears of joy and tears of pain.

Release hurt and stress and sorrow.

Lots of sorrow and pain in your life, once released,

makes room for great joy and pleasure.

Without the sorrow and the pain

one would not know the joy of Beingness.

Without the Separation and the loss

one would not Know the Joining and the Belonging.

So, the nature of duality is to make one aware of the contrast,

the yin and the yang,

and the Oneness, the Universal Beingness.

If one were to go along on the earth plane of existence

without the sorrows and the pains,

one would not be fully human, fully alive.

Know the sorrows and the pains will pass, and so, too,

know the joys and the pleasures will pass—

the yin and the yang,

the duality of Separation and Oneness.

This is the human experience

—to know the Spirit within flesh.
