Donkey 18 y
This is one donkey that can roll with the "punches," and comes out a winner.
One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried
piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be
covered up anyway, it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited
all his neighbors to come over and help him. They each grabbed a shovel
and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized
what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement, he
quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer looked down the
well, and was astonished at w ... read more

Destiny 18 y
Two quotes about stepping up and claiming your true life path.
Ladies and gentlemen......FLOOOOWWWWWWW!
Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice.
It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.
~ Jeremy Kitson
”The main event isn’t the destination; it’s my joyous journey. You did
not come forth seeking assignments to complete. You came forth for
reason to flow, and to love and enjoy life. Even though you will return
home at the end of any vacation, the idea of your holiday is not to
complete it as quickly as possible so that you can check it off your list.
The idea of your vacation -- and of this life experience -- is to have a

Magic Meditation 18 y
"The majority of the people in the world are always unhappy but don't know it. They don't know true relaxation, and have never experienced true happiness."
Magic Meditation
After a day filled with a variety of different kinds of energy, some
tense and some relaxed, it’s time to unwind and let go of this tension
through Meditation. The kind of meditation we are taught is called
”Relaxation” for it is a process whereby we relax all the muscles in the
body, and quieting our thoughts through focus on our breathing, and then
what we want.
”Every day will be a mixture of ”good” and ”evil.” Happiness consists
in placing the emphasis on The Good and Beautiful things of the day
rather than on the ”bad” things that bother you.”

Mirrors 18 y
As we move along the path to increased coherency, the mirroring aspect of relationships is invaluable.
Are Relationships Our Mirrors?
Are Relationships
Our Mirrors?
by Shakti Gawain
If we learn to see our relationships as the wonderfully accurate
mirrors they are, revealing to us where we need to go with our own inner
process, we can see much about ourselves that we would otherwise have a
great deal of difficulty learning.
One of the biggest differences between the path of the material world,
the path of transcendence, and the path of transformation is in how we
view our relationships.
On the material path we see relationships as an end in themselves. We
form relationshi ... read more
Survivor 18 y
The spiritual esssense that is God (all that is) is unmasked in its ability to choose the best path if we are clear enough to tap in (beyond religious noise and dogma).
The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island.
He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him. Every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming. Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect himself from the elements and to store his few possessions.
One day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his
little hut in flames, with smoke rolling up to the sky. He felt the
worst had happened, and everything was lost. He was stunned with
disbelief, grief, and anger.
He cried out, ”God! ... read more
Seth on Purpose 18 y
"The responsibility for your life and your world is indeed yours.
It has not been forced upon you by some outside agency. You form your own dreams and you form your own physical reality. The world is what you are. It is the physical materialization of the inner selves which you have formed."
SETH SPEAKING ABOUT HIS PURPOSE
by Andy Hughes
I come here, as an (humorously) ”endearing” personality, with
characteristics to which I hope you can relate. These characteristics are
mine, and I am who I say I am, and yet the Seth you know is but a small
part of my reality, the one that has been physical, and can relate to
your problems.
There exists what could almost be compared to a psychological and
psychic warp in dimensions where Ruburt’s personality is an apex point
at which communication can take place.
We want to deal with the nature of reality as it exists within

Calm the Mind 18 y
The importance of meditation can not be emphasized enough.
Calm The Mind
”All man’s miseries derive from not being able to sit quietly in a room
alone.”
~ Blaise Pascal
Meditation calms our minds and makes it easier for us to pay attention
to the reality around and within us. Meditation breaks through the
masks that have built up as our identity. It helps us see through our
defenses and connect with unacknowledged and unloved aspects of ourselves.
It opens us to higher mind and the voice of intuition.
We can consciously choose meditation as a way to become more aware of
who we truly are. If we don’t take the initiativ ... read more
Manifestation 18 y
A littel article on manifestation.
Manifestation
by Mary Barry
In the most literal sense, manifestation is identifying
what you want and creating it. According to New Age and biblical
philosophers, God or the universal collective is here to serve us by providing
us with our every desire. Matthew 7:7 reads: ”Ask and it will be given
to you. Seek and you will find; Knock and the door will be opened to
you...” If you need further proof, the Lord’s prayer has a passage that
talks about abundance available in life, ”My cup runneth over...” We
cannot dispute that in scripture, the bounty that God has created is

Freedom Of Spirit 18 y
"Freedom is first gained within your consciousness. Then, because
your outer life always reflects that which is within, you gain
freedom in all aspects of your life."
Freedom of the Spirit
by Owen Waters
True freedom is the ability to express who you are
through a natural flow of love and creativity.
It’s an Inside Job
Freedom is first gained within your consciousness. Then, because
your outer life always reflects that which is within, you gain
freedom in all aspects of your life.
Often, much of this potential flow of authentic life experience is
reduced by inner blockages. These blockages of the natural flow of
love and creativity are formed by the fear-based emotions that come
with the challenges of human existence.

Adjusting 18 y
A little advice on "steering the sip."
Adjusting your approach
I s what you’re doing now getting you where you want to be? If not,
then it’s time for some changes.
Yes, change can be frightening and difficult. Yet it is immensely more
desirable than continuing to put your effort into going where you don’t
want to go.
Most likely, some things you’re now doing are working and some things
are not. It will pay you enormously to figure out which are which.
Achievement is a moving target, and conditions are constantly changing.
So regularly adjusting your approach is necessary to a successful life.

~ Who Are You? ~ 18 y
Getting coherent and running with harmomny requires one to look at the code that runs our personality. Clarity and true meaningful purpose awaits when we do the work of getting clear.
Getting to the Promise of Affirmation
by Larry Ackerman
*excerpted from The Identiy Code
Who am I? is a question that has been asked in various ways
by everyone from great philosophers such as Plato and Aristotle to
decidedly not-so-famous people: that jumble of ”regular folk” who make
their lives in the far-flung cities, towns, and villages we call home.
Asking the question Who am I? makes kin of us all.
At times, you may pose the question in calm, contemplative
moments, like when you’re strolling along the beach at sunset as waves
lap at your feet. In these moments, arr ... read more
Do Unto Others 18 y
The notion "Do unto others" is a notion that speaks to coherency/clarity. Read the following and see if the words resonate.
”To harm another is really to harm oneself.”
”Most of us aren’t free yet of the wish for ill to befall others. But
we are getting there. Slowly, one experience at a time, we are learning
that whatever we wish on others comes to us as well. Our guilt for not
being perfect is what triggers our projection. Guilt is such a powerful
controller of our actions.
Why do we feel so much guilt? Primarily it’s because we allow the ego
to do most of our thinking. The ego never wants what’s best for us. If
it did, it wouldn’t hold us hostage, comparing our traits with those of
others, judgi ... read more
A Thankful Heart 18 y
Here are some nice thoughts on grattitude and why it is essential to foster.
A Thankful Heart
Every time you think a thankful thought, you connect your life to more
abundance. Everything for which you are grateful takes on added value
as a result of your gratitude.
For that gratitude shines a light on possibilities that otherwise would
have been hidden from you. That gratitude opens doors that previously
were closed to you.
You have much for which to be thankful. The more of it you discover and
acknowledge, the more joyfully your life will unfold.
A few of your blessings are obvious, and yet most of them are still
waiting to be uncovered. Look deepl ... read more

Investigate Yours... 18 y
Investigating your thought process (your internal code) is the true path to clarity...to enlightenment.
Unless we think differently nothing will change, not our
attitudes our behaviour or the results of our endeavours.
(Peter Hunter)
”Real change comes by thinking differently.”
It has been known for some time that the solutions lie with the people,
not with the process.
It is not the change that causes the resistance, the resistance is
caused by ”telling” people what to do.
By telling them what to do he is generating the resistance that will
cause ”his change” to fail.
When people feel good about what they do their performance becomes
astonishing.
Now Peter Hunt ... read more
