A man called "Echo" 3 y
Some years ago when one of my sons and I did the Appalachian Trail in GA, where we met a man called Echo.
While on the trail we had tent camped at first but then realized that there were Lento s {a three-sided structure built just off the ground with the front-facing the local fire pit!} - every so often so we stayed there, and each had a logbook from whoever had preceded us.
Well, we read several of the entries: One that caught our eye was from a man posted as simply an Echo! * From his sign-in name ”Just an Echo” on the Appalachian Trail Logs books found at each rest area.

A brain is like a well-oiled and designed machine. When it’s working well—like; such as when it’s reading or studying problems that need clarification!
Such as signs and words upon a page such as the words on this blog—we don’t notice it at all. But when we sleep, the brain takes our consciousness offline; to start the real work: sorting through that day’s input of information, storing the more important things, and cleaning out the fluff and distracting elements! Brains are extremely so well-designed, so much so we seldom even notice when it’s breaking down.
