Sleep - Sleep or maybe not!   4 y

A “pro-sleep” bedtime snack is a small amount of complex carbohydrates and protein, such as wholegrain cereal with milk, or toast with peanut butter, says Fischer. An “anti-inflammatory” diet favouring fruits, vegetables, lean protein, nuts, seeds and healthy fats (and limiting processed foods, red meats and alcohol) has been shown to improve sleep apnea. As for exercise, although being active during the day aids sleep, anything strenuous is to be avoided before bedtime. A lot of advice for preventing night-time “awakenings” falls under the umbrella of what has come to be known as “g ...   read more

This video will show you what he wrote, and that the cause of a rise in infections among mask wearers today matches what Fauci claimed to be the real killer in 1918. Where do you stand?   4 y
Do you have any real personal beliefs - apart from the things of the world? I stand with HIM - the Lord Jesus!

I am announcing my faith publicly. My name is Kermit and I am a believer in The Lord Jesus Christ and I love The Lord with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, despite the fact that I’m human and I fail Him daily. I believe that The Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He was crucified on the cross where He died for my sins. He rose on the 3rd day to give me salvation. He loves me dearly, and forgives my sins. His Word (The Holy Bible) says, if I deny Him before men, He will deny me before His Father in Heaven. This is the best challenge I’ve ever seen on Facebook. Fear is the opposite of unbelief. Fear is a Teather and limit to good judgment in life!

Only faith in your life defects all doubt! How can we or anyone live this earthly existence to it’s fullest potential and say that they were successful? Without faith, we can only press on, yet often in vain shallow thinking! Looking at the lives of many thru out history - it has become a balance of talent and time. Often it is directed by the circumstances and or the situational progress! We are slaves to both and subject to find the best results! Your eternal existence comes down to several key situations or occurrences! Some of which you may not have had any input to directio ...   read more

Never assume that you are where you should be!   4 y
"You might feel dumb asking questions, but you will look dumber when you don't understand it; because you failed to ask."

Assume breaks down to making an ass out of you or me! {crude but true!} Never assume that where you’ve been or where you are is as good as it gets. And when your goal or your situation seems impossible, keep in mind that nothing is impossible for God. In Matthew 19:26, Jesus said, ”With people [as far as it depends on them] {Whatever} it is impossible, yet with God all things are possible.” The greatest things you can do in life are the things you could not have done on your own. You will know when you are on the right track as soon as a challenge or opportunity comes that can ...   read more

Who what where and when?   4 y
The winds blows we know not where and so does the past history go beyond our thoughts and wishes!

There are times when we should stop and think who, what, where, when and why! It all comes down to being alert to the patterns of our life! Often I thought, and wished that there I have not done whatever yesterday! Often the Lord lovingly corrects me, reminding me that looking back at something I cannot change is just energy -draining and producing only stress. The only thing we can do about the past is learn from it. We can not change the past one iota! I don’t mean to say that we shouldn’t be aware of many things we do wrong or the mistakes we make that hurt people, yet it’s ...   read more

From: Stephen O’Dea There are three lines of cells used in vaccine production. Two from the 1960s, and one from the 1930s. Non of the original cells survive to this day, but billions of clones of these cells do. Small fragments of human DNA are detectable, but nothing useful other than to replicate the cells themselves. The most popular strain used today is the WI-38 line of cells. Ive included a summary of it below. The important thing to note here is that they are not using cells from babies being aborted today. Do you want to memorize?   4 y
Your learning is from the method you use to memorize important date!

When trying to memorise new material, it’s easy to assume that the more work you put in, the better you will perform. Yet taking the occasional down time – to do literally nothing – may be exactly what you need. Just dim the lights, sit back, and enjoy 10-15 minutes of quiet contemplation, and you’ll find that your memory of the facts you have just learnt is far better than if you had attempted to use that moment more productively. Although it’s already well known that we should pace our studies, new research suggests that we should aim for “minimal interference” during these breaks ...   read more
