Vexed and angry?
** Many people are quick to be angry and attack others, because they have become fools!

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, a time to reap that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain that which is to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time of love, and a time of hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Do not be quick in spirit to be angry or vexed, for anger and vexation lodge in the bosom of fools!
Ecclesiastes 7:9
There are a few things that you can control but many that you can never control!
Your choices are things like the friends you choose, what you eat, plus where you sleep and perhaps the work you engage in with others!
Otherwise the great balance of your choices are limited by both time and tide! We are just along for the ride!
Your existence comes down to how and when you react to the things beyond your control! How do you handle and / or control the stress in your life determines your quality of health and mental stability!
When you come to many of these uncontrolled situations - your best decision would be to stop and assess the necessary actions needed! Just because someone causes or inflicts some damage or otherwise derotary actions against you - it is not necessary to fly off the handle!
Because people who regularly become upset and lash out over small things controlling them tend to have more health problems! So it proves to be ineffective and more dangerous - I.E. by having even more compounded and complex problems!
If you come to the understanding that many these problems you can not effectively change or make better! It comes down to how you are limited by the circumstances and the physical parameters of the situation!
Therefore it better serves you to take the best alternate actions available when you can not control the situation!
** Examples, of situations beyond your control: if you get a flat tire one rainy night, miss the Bus, or find out that the show you were to watch has been canceled! Do not go into a hissy fit and grip and complain to anyone present - Just get over it and learn to live with the circumstances and adjust!
Prayer and a level-headed response will serve you far better than fussing and fighting over things beyond your control!
God works in mysterious ways - You should be open to accept the best solutions provided and live with it!
Working under the time and place that you find yourself will better help you to manage and adapt to the special circumstances!
