A will be doing a series of fasts/diets this year to conquer my chronic depression that I have suffered with for almost 17 years.
This one is my own concoction-fasting/refraining from the substances that I have the hardest time putting down! Hopefully after a successful fast, I will have the confidence to pursue more cleansing/fasting this year.
