"High on the Food chain" - I like it, two meanings.
I agree that food makes us feel "like the food", especially when it is fresh and whole. Only when it is fresh and whole do we feel better for the eating of it.
I am having a bit of mood trouble with eggs. Poor little feotus. Slurping down the raw ones would be different that eating them cooked... but I do cook them and its likely just a habitual thing, I trust a cooked egg.
Rawg Earl - would you suggest eating them raw? [new nic? lol]
Eggs are one of very few foods that agree with me, and I eat about three every day. Its just where I came to after rejecting so many foods due to IBS. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
