I asked my friend Rory why he eats raw food.

And he said, "Because raw food has consciousness."

As we eat it, WE become more conscious, as the plant deva energy merges into us, and we benefit from its magical properties.

Green smoothies (taking a huge handful of raw organic fresh greens, then liquifying them at high speed with water in the Vitamix, then adding fruit and ice for sweetness) is the highest food high I've found. Of course, eating a Durian will get me completely stoned .... can't take too much of that for too long!

I'm only at week one of green smoothies ..... I can't wait to see what will happen to me after a whole summer of making 2-3 quarts of them and getting in touch with my inner monkey woman.

We definitely take our minds back when we eat high on the food chain. And it is so nice to hear that you are so enlightened and aware!
