yep, all make up is crap. I read an post by MH the other day that was quite insane. (What they put in make-up) I think everything you said is true, as far as how to avoid wrinkles, it's all the same as what you've read here before. You should look age 22 if you are alkaline. Follow the cleanses and raw diet and you should not get wrinkles. For me, I think the incidental skipping of breakfast my whole life helped a lot. The fasting helps with dark circles around the eyes.
