Re: More Questions...
What are the effects of sun on the body ?
Here are the few I read about:
- thins the blood
- helps blood flow/circulation
- activates nutrients in the body
- creates vitamin/hormones in the body
- dilates blood vessels via nitric oxide release
- melts mucus filled with poisons/acids/protons/toxins and draws it out through the skin as 'sweat'
What else can you add ?

Regarding 'sun stroke', I think that this is just a detox symptom and the organised decided to label it as 'bad'.
What happens when one gets sun stroke: fever, vomit, diarhea, nausea... all signs of detoxing.
Sun stroke usually happens when one is outdoors all the under the sun without a hat. Well that just means that the sun melted so much mucus which released so much stored up in the mucus poisons that the organs are overwhelmed and can;t take it anymore and thus forces the body to vomit, to haev fever and diarhea.
What is your take on sunstrokes ?I am not ure we should fear it but embrace it as a blessing from the sun, we are getting rid of enormous quantities of poisons from the body thanks to the sun via vomiting, diarhea, sweating, fever...
