The goal in a Bowel Cleanse is to remove mucoid plaque. I used 4 bottles of Oxypowder , I didnt see any mucoid plaque but then I thought that seeing that they say it liquifies mucoid plaque then I wouldnt see it. After all those bottles of Oxypowder I did a blessed herbs cleanse it worked so well that I waited a week and did another. All in all I got out about 30 feet of mucoid plaque. It is exspensive but you can get it for cheaper on ebay. Its not under blessed herbs its under intensive colon cleanse. blessed herbs is the best in my opinion. I have heard colonix is good but havent used that. Go with blessed herbs save the money in my opinion blessed herbs is the only way to remove mucoid plaque. As I said colonix seems to work as well but I havent tried it. You dont get that hungry but after you see the mucoid plaque you will want to keep on going. GO BLESSED HERBS!!!!!!!!!!! Tweet
