You should take the inhalers as required. If you don't have symptoms, then skip using them. I can frequently go several months before I need medications.

I have not found Iodine useful for the lungs. For men, we need Iodine when prostate problems begin. For women, Iodine is critical to prevent problems in the breast, uterus, ovaries & thyroid.
