Re: Asthma maybe. Candida probable. Need advice

Thank you grizz. I was hoping you would be the one to respond. I have spent the last three days reading just about everything you have out there.

As far as my inhalers go, I am one of the lucky ones that pays nothing for them(I have a a very good insurance plan, at a price though)

Ordered the book you recommended. Will start reading it today. Thank you for the support on that. I have been a smoker since *gasp* 11 years old, now going on 35. I have tried and keep wanting to but don't know how. I have had 4 xrays done in the last three years and my doctor was surprised when I told him I smoked. He said he never saw lungs that look that good from a smoker. Guess it was luck and how active I was. That doesn't justify me continuing to smoke though

I have used the albuterol in my nebulizer, but eight times a day will be impossible, the first 11 hours of my day are at work. Not to mention over use of albuterol according to my doctor can actually cause scar tissue to develop in the lungs. But what does western medicine know. They keep us sick. Three times a day felt like it was too much.

I have a diffuser already, can I put the CS in that or can I use it in my nebulizer. And is it a good idea to go with the SSKI ? Also as far as my lungs being clear, most of the day they are. I can feel that there is still junk in them though, and when I force the air out you can hear it trying to move, it just won't. It takes a lot of forceful exhales to get the stuff to move enough to cough it out.

Grapefruit seed extract and olive leaf extract have help so much. I think these are two things that I have tried that have actually worked.

Thanks again
