Just two more things I wanted to mention. Natures Secret Respiratory Cleanse got rid of tons of ropes! On top of my rashes my ears were always itchy and I always had irritated nostrils so something must be affecting my sinuses. Two, I try to drink at least one glass of apple juice every day. I know a lot of people don't support any type of Sugar but for me, the biggest ropeworms come out when I combine a cleanse with apple juice. Hang in there, as your health improves, there is less and less room for argument.
