Possibly young liver fluke, though actual food seeds are not unknown to stay in the intestines at length.
I also use coffee colonics, have been passing 'tomato skins' and the like.


Castor oil flush was a very good tool, did it after 2 days of liquids fasting and colonics to be sure of the results.
