Please help me identify this egg

Please help me identify this egg. I did a salt water enema followed by a few coffee enemas and started passing loads of these the same day. I've been passing them all night and I'm really concerned that they're Tapeworm segments. But i would really appreciate the opinion of someone with more knowledge. They look like little clearish sesame seeds. Oval and I squished one and it kind of popped. They might have a darkish tip. Thanks so much.
