To be honest I had been eating like crap, and starting sw and coffee enemas has started with me also eating better. I'm going to do a 30 day veggie and fruit cleanse. No processed foods, just real, whole foods. I did one last year and by the end I felt fantastic. Btw continuing with flushes this week has turned up more of these, but the density has significantly lowered so that's making me feel more positive. I'm looking into bitters but currently I've been trying to load up on anti parasitic foods like cayenne and garlic, coconut oil, etc for now. Hard to accept that parasites are a "fact of life" because I'm having trouble getting over the ew factor.
