Can you please tell me how manyliver flashes have you done and on what one you had what you had?

See, couple of years ago I went for the ultra sound of my gallbladder and the doc told me that he did not se any Gallstones there but my gallbladdrer is inflamated (so I thought I had them). I also read that 'soft' ones are Not seen on ultra sound...

Anyhow I did myself a few flashes... I basically drunk all day fresh apple juice (no Epsom Salts for the first couple of times) and then that oily mixture with grape fruit.. and so far i had like 30 soft green ones (they could be the ones mentioned in the article and be juice from the oil I drunk :/ )....

Then I did two more with Epsom Salt and the results were kinda nothing..

This time I decided to go for 4 days JUST being on juices and in 95% cases I drank Just fresh apple juice... So for all 4 days I drunk like 10 liters of it (340 oz in USA way I think)... Also every morning I was doing coffee enemas..

So today i went for another coffee enema and I only passes 5-6 very tiny green bits (like peas) and nothing else..... Yeah, some crazy stuff was coming out of me (like left overs of food and mucus..) but nothing major.... so it seems like I just cleansed my colon in a way and detoxed my liver.. :/ .. :)
