Killing genital herpes

I was just diagnosed a few months ago with this hsv2. The girl I caught it from didnt tell me she had it. Has anyone had luck kiling off this virus? I have had two outbreaks so far. The first wasnt to bad a few painful blisters. 2 months later my second out break with blisters in different spots. My second out break was worse than the first. one of the sores got a secondary infection with the bacteria mrsa. A staph infection that sent me to the emergency room to have them cut the sore open and drain the infected pus. It was not fun! and left me with a big gaping hole in my stomache. I am now trying to suppress this virus because I cant deal with another outbreak again or a secondary bacteria infection which could have killed me if left untreated. I have read alot online lately and alot of bogus cures. I have found some reasonably ones. don crofts trex zapper, coconut oil applied to the skin, and taken internaly, siberian ginseng, lysine, glutamine , iodine, peroxide, anyone have luck with these?
