Have you tried an alkalizing diet? I was reading about it today, and one man who had bad BO said it made his go away. It has something to do with the acidic body actually destroying cells, and that's the ammonia smell that comes out of your pores.

Also, if you have a bad parasite infection, they produce ammonia, and maybe that has something to do with it. Have you done a parasite cleanse?
