i would deff agree with this, i have been keeping a high oral hygiene via proxy brush, chlorhexidine glucaonate 0.12% oral rinse, and a tounge cleaner. peeling has decreased no doubt about it...
i havent had time to go to the dentist and get my gums cleaned and other professional cleaning but that is deff on my to do list.
