If you are going to do insufflation you are better off doing rectal instead of vaginal insufflation. Doing vaginal insufflation can cause an embolus.

Or you can work on the problem with herbs such as bitters to help cleanse the liver so it can properly break down the excess hormones causing the problem in the first place. Tweet
