crazy, crazy insomnia

hi!
so i've been on (lugol's) Iodine for about 10 days now. i had 2 days off on the weekend. i started with a full dropper of 5% but because i didn't sleep for 40hours, i reduced my dosage to half a dropper of 2%.

i have no detox symptoms but i am still crazily, ridiculously wired and i am getting about an hour's sleep a night, at around 5am. i mean, it's great to feel so good, but i would like to feel a little less deranged! ;)

i am thinking it is probably affecting my adrenals (i have high reverse t3) so i am going to try and get some potassium chloride today and make newport's adrenal mix.

i've also tried the ornithine/arginine supplements that i read somewhere on this forum but it didn't help at all.

any other suggestions??
