Each time I found it more difficult to get the olive oil down, so I decided to try walnut oil this time. It was just as awful and I almost gave up.
So I was kind of disappointed that nothing came out. My first flush produced 2 chestnut-size tan colored balls with a crust outside and dark green waxy inside and lots of shiny green balls. My 2nd, 3rd and 4th flushes were successful as well but each time less green balls and less sandy looking stuff. I wonder if the walnut oil is the reason that I passed nothing but some red beet juice that I drank with the Epsom Salt two hours before the flush.
I must say that I seem to tolerate butter and cheese much better since the first flush. Unfortunately, I have not got rid of the hang-over feel that I have every morning when I eat dinner the night before. So, if I want to be in shape the next day I can not eat anything after 3pm. I really hope to find relieve through the flushes though and will try another one with olive oil in 2 weeks.
