      I've stopped relying on the email notification system.
      My hubby is a techie for a web hosting firm, he says it's a constant fight for him to get contact with mail carriers to get his IPs off their blacklists (as spammers), and that it's pretty much reputation that determines how mail from any given domain is treated on the networks.
      
      Curezone is a volunteer-administrated system, and kinda a hotspot for information wars. I don't think it'd be easy at all to maintain a clean whitelisting for CZ, so it's probably just best to log in and visit on a semi-regular basis. ;)
      
      For artheritic hands, research sulfur nutrients. Another oldie but goodie.

I'm curious to know why whenever I read about the taste of castor oil it mentions how bitter it is. The oil I use has no taste at all. I've also seen an ad for cold pressed oil by NOW, it also states that it has no taste. I live in Canada - does anyone know if we have different castor oil here? Does the oil without taste have the same healing properties?

I intended this castor oil cleanse to clean out parasites from my intestines but somehow it affected my nose/sinus.(I blew it out in a Kleenex).

I'm drinking a teaspoon of castor oil in a cup of warm water first thing in the morning. Does anyone how this is causing it to come out of my nose?

On my 3rd day of a castor oil cleanse, this came gross thing came out of my nose. It was a mucus glob with some blood. Disgusting thing.

I've had these come out before. I think its some kind of parasite or fungus come out of my left nostril.

It's a tiny glob of firm mucus and blood . . . . with a thin red line.
*I cleaned out my ear with hydrogen peroxide and then super gently swabbed a qtip with hydrogen peroxide inside my nose. This came out:

      I don't get a flush reaction down in the intestines if I don't drink plenty of water after the salt in a salt flush, so I think there is possibly an interruption in the absorbtion process. Folk advise minimal liquid intake at meals so the stomach acid is undiluted and the digestion process goes faster- the idea is that the liquid pushes unprocessed food particles down into the intestinal tract faster.
      
      I believe the water helps make sure the castor oil hits the intestinal tract faster.
