Extreme Armpit Odor plus Bromhidrosis

Hi, I'm 21, Male. I have this extreme Body Odor coming from my armpits. I do sweat alot eventhough the temperature is not that hot. I'm okay on excessive sweating since all of us sweat. But this odor that I'm having is what bothers me. I can be smelled from afar. I've tried every products advertised on the market, deos , anti perspirant but no effect. Now im taking supplements, wheatgrass since it has chlorophyll (known for its oxiding properties) it helped a little. I have this amonia like smell, sometimes rotten mangos smell. I'm really depressed , Im already working and that's what bothers me also. I dont want this sickness to hinder my work. I have a sister, she has a Body Odor too. But not that strong. Putting deos sufficed her. My father has this sickness too. But not also extreme. Sometimes i think of committing suicide because of this. I went to see a dr also. And he told me that its the bacteria causing the smell and applying lysol (yes, lysol) would kill the bacteria. That's a lousy joke. I even tried taking yogurt , no effect. HELP i badly need your help. Btw im from the Philippines.
