I use castor oil on my face with this harsh winter air. Taking a brisk winter walk is invigorating but can also be very damaging to skin. I also use castor oil on my hands after work because powdered gloves make my skin crack and bleed. Another good thing I do is smear a bunch of castor oil on my boobs in the sauna and put a little towel over them. It's a Cayce castor oil pack. It's not called the Palm of Christ oil for nothing. It really is a miracle oil (like olive oil).
