Re: Distilled water: Could one drink non-distilled water in-between?

It is fine to drink distilled water but not too much. It does react with certain minerals in the body by removing them. Excessive use is not good. I use it when i am full of toxins but not continuously. It can be used as a matter of prevention while travelling where water is not safe to drink. Bottled water bought is alsl safe usually, as long as it is sealed. Food or drinks bought from street vendors are not considered safe, but then again, many people are full of parasites without ever going to any 'unsafe' countries so who am I to say what is safe.
