Re: Inputs about my situation ?

Iodine is not optional for women. It is REQUIRED by breasts, ovaries, uterus, female hormones and thyroid. Women suffer 15 times more thyroid problems than men because the female organs grab what little Iodine is available. Iodine deficiency is THE leading cause of female cancers, fibrocystic breast disease, ovary cysts & uterus problems.

If you are worried about Hashi, then it is recommended that you start all of the co-supplements for 1 month, then slowly titrate from 1 drop of Lugols per week to 50 mg per day.

The goal is to become "Iodine Sufficient" then you can reduce Iodine down to maintenance level of 6 to 12 mg a day. Do the Iodine Urine Loading Test to determine "Iodine Sufficiency."
