Suggest you do a parasite challenge test. Eliminate corn, rice, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, seeds and fibrous veggies from your diet for a few days.Track your food. Stop all of your supplements for a few days. Then Buy some Reese's Pinworm medication from your drugstore. Also buy some cod liver oil in capsules. Take one dose by weight of the Reese's as directed. At the same time, first thing in the morning, take 12 frozen cod liver oil capsules on an empty stomach. they must be frozen!! Eat well cooked veggies and meats only. The next morning, take a laxative. Start sifting thru your stool with a plastic fork.Squish your stool up against the side of the toilet. If it's stool it should just dissolve. If you find anything unusual, take it out, put it in a glass of warm water. Swish it around or leave it to clean itself for a little while. When clean, remove the object(s) of interest and place on a clean white paper plate. Put a coin on the plate so we can see the scale. Take a close up picture and post on this forum. Continue monitoring your stool for a few days.
Your weight loss and hunger are indicative of tapeworms. Your anal itching is indicative of worms, ie pinworms and others. Your test is showing evidence of gut malfunctions. All of your food sensitivities are indicative of a leaky gut. There is a standard test for leaky gut. See if you can get one. There are also tests for SIBO and SIYO you might want to get.
If you find something and post a picture, tell us of your travels in the last 10 years and the state of your digestion. All clues.
Did you get any blood work done? If so, what are your esinophil levels? Any signs of infection?
You can also try looking at ParaWellness labs for their tests. They do urine, blood and stool tests for parasites.
Google Dr. Andreas Kalcker and read his parasite PDF as a primer. Search this forum for success stories. We are all different and have different parasites. Many people have more than one parasite at a time.
See if you have lyme disease. Get a test for that ASAP. Hopefully you have health insurance and a good doctor. See if you can find a Naturopath to work with.
