Hyperstimulation or Fatigue- No in between. Exercise Triggers hyperstimulation/Oncoming Seizure feelings. Major Brain Fog & derealization

SUMMARY/SYMPTOMS

So for about 3 months now, I went from working out every day to not being able to tolerate carbohydrates, any form of Sugar or stimulant, or even exercise. 4 minutes into exercise I am hyperstimulated, and have an incredibly terrifying feeling in my head of excessive energy and feel like I may have a seizure. I stepped back into the gym today, as about 2-3 months has passed since my last attempt, and 8 minutes into my workout the hyperstimulation/ oncoming seizure in my brain feeling happened and I had to immediately leave the gym. What could this possibly be?

I need to exercise and sweat out these toxins, but my body won't let me! I have been meditating and doing very light yoga in place of workouts. Back when I was exercising and sweating daily, my Body Odor was practically non-existent for up to 36 hours after a shower and deodorant, now however, my Body Odor is bleeding through my deodorant a mere hour to two hours after shower/application of deodorant- making me think my toxin levels are exceedingly high.

I also have severe head pressure, incessant panic attacks, brain fog, this strange head pressure sensation, I feel severely intoxicated/drunk at times (though I don't do drugs, smoke, drink alcohol or even caffeine) and I am sleeping 12 or so hours a day. I have went from 150 lbs to 137 lbs ( I am 6 foot 5 inches) in the last three months because carbs trigger panic episodes, so I am confined to a clean meat/protein & organic vegetable diet (though veggies like sweet potato and yellow squash cause this immediate hyperstimulation/panic as well). I can hardly stand walking up the steps at work, as my legs now feel so weak and incapable. My breath is chronically very, very bad- even if I just brushed my teeth an hour before. I have rectal itching, and have had it for a most of my life, but it is particularly bad over these last few months. Even driving my vehicle on the interstate is too stimulating, I have to pull over as I start to have panic attacks from too much stimulation. I have had these strange derealization/detachment symptoms occurring as well.

My nose runs immediately if I try to eat anything like grains, nuts, seeds- and I have developed a ton of food sensitivities from which I experience severe headaches and this dizzy/detached state after consumption- things like nuts particularly. Despite all this, I am insatiably hungry. I eat nonstop. A typical day looks like a large pan of roasted veggies (Zucchini, cauli, carrots, broccoli, brussels), a whole head of cauli rice with mixed veggies and shredded abx/hormone free chicken or a lb of grass-fed ground beef, a couple of avocados a lot of spring water-etc, and I am still hungry and losing rapid weight.

About 4 months ago, before all these symptoms happened, I was bit by about 15 ticks as I had just begun experimenting with trail-running - though I don't want to go down the Lyme route unless I'm absolutely certain- as Antibiotics are so harmful to the body- And I've been down that road once before. It's like I am either severely fatigues, or on the very edge of a panic attack- there is no in-between... I can't even do a set of 20 crunches at home without this surge of electric & Panic inducing energy striking my brain.

It may be worth noting that I have a permanent stainless steel retainer on the back of both rows of my teeth, though I don't know if nickel poisoning can cause symptoms like this.

LABS- done over the last two months

My cortisol test came back showing really elevated cortisol around noon, but the morning, evening and late-night levels were normal.

The Organic Acids Test showed my Vanilmandelate (VMA- Norepinephrine and epinephrine) metabolite levels are “Very low”, “high” sulfate levels, “high” B-Hydroxyisovalerate (Biotin Deficiency), “high” a-Ketoglutarate (it is indicated that “If HIGH Impaired metabolism due to cofactor insufficiencies or toxic metals”), and “High” B-Hydroxybutyrate (AKA ketosis- due to my avoidance of carbs). I will gladly send my test results to anyone interested. I’ve looked into these and the only thing that seems directly relevant to my symptoms would be the very low VMA levels, indicating either my body is using up norepinephrine and epinephrine quicker than it can produce it, and/or my thyroid or adrenals are fatigued? I don’t really know. Maybe someone more savvy with organic acids can give me some insight here, but those were the only abnormalities and I did as much google research as I could.

My stool analysis did not show any signs of candida or parasites. It did show my gut diversity/level of beneficial bacteria was extremely low. Further, the stool test showed I have very high sigA, high beta-glucuronidase, and low N-Butyrate.

THoughts on what this could be? Heavy metals maybe? Or potential parasites that the lab missed? Lyme Disease or co-infections? If someone has any direction for me, I would be so very grateful.

I am currently taking Calcium-D-Glucurate, Vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Magnesium Glycinate, and am starting Probiotics & Biogest Digestive Enzymes tomorrow to target some of the abnormalities in my Organic Acids And Comprehensive Stool Analysis tests- as suggested by my doctor. I was supposed to take this B-complex, but it is far too stimulating- about 20 to 30 minutes after taking it I am hyperstimulated and on the brink of panic.

CLOSING

I made another post on Curezone about a month ago that goes more in depth with these symptoms and their onset, so if more details & backstory are of interest to you in the off chance you are particularly interested in helping me figure this out, check out that post- but I am making this new, briefer one, to update you all on my recent labs and hope that it might reach someone who can give me some direction or hope- because I really feel like I'm at the end of my rope and I'm growing weaker, more anxious/irritable, & increasingly fatigued. foggy and detached with each day.
