Re: Weird Color Stool, Tired, Impaired Bile Flow

You could try putting some choline in your system and see what happens - methionine* is another choice. Perhaps as the other poster susggested that doing some gallbladder cleanses might be helpful.

*animal studies show methionine to be more effective than taurine.

Some of the milk thistle formulas are a compound of other herbs - LIV52 is a popular Ayurvedic formula but I did not think it was as helpful as the milk thistle compounds (milk thistle, dandelion and so on).

You could get an ultrasound and see if any stones show up. You could also try some other b vitamins and see if that helps - perhaps a B12/folic acid deficiency. For me personally, I would not let them remove my gallbladder.

e histolytica is a protozoa parasite that can inhabit the liver/gallbladder - I would suggest testing with ParaWellness Labs which is the best lab I have found. These infections do quite a bit of damage on a number of levels meaning they can change physiology quite a bit. Nutrition helps restore balance.

[YEA] Hi- I just wanted to post something I stumbled across completely by accident. I had been having daily gallbladder pain and had tried a flush (the apples one on here) and used lemon juice daily for two weeks with some success.

Then I accidentally bought some Chai tea and it tasted funny so I added cinnamon to it- and no gallbladder pain for the last few days- WEIRD and wonderful!

Granted- this is totally my experience and I would not presume to tell anyone this is a cure- but cinnamon is cheap and easy to add to tea - so try it and post if it works for you too.

I add about a teaspoon to a cup of tea (Vanilla chai by bigelow) either once or twice a day.
