It does sound like strongyloides. You could ask your doctor for an Elisa blood test for strongyloides.

I would take ivermectin. You can buy pills online or you can go to the farm/feed store and buy tubes of ivermectin for horses. Research poster ICU's posts for a strongyloide protocol. The posts are very explicit in every detail you need to get started. The protocol lists more than one med. You can, however, just take ivermectin once a day at bedtime on an empty stomach. A human dose is the same as a horse dose, weight-wise.

You could read the posts by Sharkman as he also has strongyloides, as do I.
