1st day experiment

a morning update

I'm limiting this to one day since we can only live one day at a time. This morning I felt the automatic urge to have a small cup of coffee just out of habit. Instead, I had a banana-orange smoothie: 1 banana 1 orange a shot of pomegranate juice and a dropper of green tea extract. I'm leaving at ten to go on a job hunt and so I'll be carrying my greentea and bluegranate extracts. Maybe I'll carry some raw chocolate chunks with me too. I don't want to buy anything on the road.

I must get in my powerwalking today, at least three miles plus my meditation and prayer so it's off to the beach after job hunting.
