Giving Up Cooked Food

I am sitting in my kitchen this morning drinking some lemon water. It's hard to give up cooked food. It's hard to begin a fast. Even if I go away on a retreat, I still have to come home and be around food. When I go to work at the store, I'm still around food. I should not be so hard on myself but I am at times. It's like my sister said, Ren you're doing more than the average person in America right now at this time. Plus I was listening to Gary Null yesterday and he said that 2% of Americans do something healthy on a consistent basis. So that's good news. I should have bought Victoria Boutenko's tapes along with the CDs I got.
