"...mankind must learn to self-govern;
courage, fairness, honesty and compassion are the way forward;
family, neighborliness, friendship and love are the way to overcome evil; paying back is a way of life;
and we must focus on the present moment -- this moment called "now" without getting lost in either the future or the past."[5]*

August 1, 2023 - Legal Lies "In The Realm of The Dead" -
This Blog-writer has been a student of the leading professor of The Organic Laws for The United States of America for a number of years. One of the greatest benefits of taking Ed's "Basic Course in Law and Government" has come by understanding the second Organic Law for it is here that one can learn of the non-political status of "the free inhabitants."[2]
A free inhabitant American is distinguished from the two voluntary yet legal/political statuses of: "citizen of the United States" and "United States Citizen." This is underscored by the fact that: "No law requires you at age 18 years to volunteer to be a citizen of the United States. No government agency makes you a citizen of the United States. It is a legal status that you and you alone assign to yourself."
If this quote from Ed's presentation (in the following) is true (and if you understand what "voluntary" means as well as the voluntary nature of entering into a legal relationship with an incorporated governmental service provider) and if you have chosen to free yourself from voluntary servitude then you may want to know how legal entities base their assumptions of the two legal/political statuses, especially: "citizen of the United States" which Ed presents in the following.:
How You Become a “citizen of the United States”, by Dr. Ed Rivera -
“Three ways in which you become a citizen of the United States:
No law requires you at age 18 years to volunteer to be a citizen of the United States.
No government agency makes you a citizen of the United States. It is a legal status that you and you alone assign to yourself. Here are just three ways in which you become a citizen of the United States:
1. Your parents may have unwittingly started the process of United States naturalization by agreeing to assign your birthplace as occurring within a state, territory or district of the “United States.” At your birth, your parents unknowingly agreed to certify that your birth occurred in the United States. This was done when your parents permitted the issuance of a certificate of live birth, a document that certifies your birth to have occurred within one of the states, territories or districts of the United States.
(Comment: Since parents are not given full-disclosure about the true nature of this process of assigning where one was born and since the child has no say about the assignment plus the fact that: “it is a legal status that you and you alone assign to yourself” then anything contrary to this Right of self-determination regarding
one’s legal status has no merit and can not effect, affect or infect a legal status when one is able to determine that for their own self! Therefore the above is not actually an example: “that you and you alone assign to yourself.” However it is a perfect example of the need for reeducating yourself about the true nature of the legal realm!)
2. Having a Social Security Number can also be proof of United States citizenship. Issuance of a Social Security Number can occur soon after an alleged birth in the United States upon your application or the application of United States citizen parents. Birth of person outside the United States of parents who can prove to be citizens of the United States can entitle, but not require, a person citizenship of the United States.
(Comment: If an application for a Social Security Number was submitted before the age of majority then according to the Law of Contracts that act does not qualify as a valid contract. Therefore for Americans who submitted an application for a Social Security Number before the age of majority the above is not an example of assigning a “citizen of the United States” status. In any case the signature on that application can be revoked and for just cause!)
3. Prior to the Twenty-Sixth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, to qualify as a voter in a federal election, you must swear or affirm in a state registration form to be at least 21 years of age and a citizen
of the United States. The Twenty-Sixth Amendment, ratified on July 1, 1971, secured to citizens of the United States 18 years of age or older the right to vote despite the fact that Article I, Section 2, Clause 2, of the Constitution clearly provided a male citizen of the United States status at age 18 years and subjected that citizen to compulsory military service.
(Comment: This appears to be one way that an American can self-assign a legal status of “citizen of the United States” however this registration is revocable by the American.)
The Basic Course in Law and Government shows how the qualifications for a 25-year-old Article I, Section 2, Clause 2, Representative who has “been seven years a Citizen of the United States” must have acquired citizenship of the United States at age 18 years. This acquisition of citizenship of the United States proves that the government of the Article I, Section I, House of Representatives is a military government.

Today this blog-writer met with a few others to hear what they have to say regarding a couple real property issues (that a couple of us have concerns about). That meeting appeared to go fairly well (from this writer's perspective ; ~ ).
At one point this writer spoke up saying the issues we want to address may appear to be of a legal nature however the context is much larger than that (i.e. The Earth![1]). The legal realm most certainly has its limits - and those who are agents for the system probably need reminding of what the particular limits are. This writer also indicated that he does not want to process my concerns via legal agents.
