July 2012 - "... Have Your Freedom And Get Your Way -
Face it the only thing keeping you from enjoying freedom and having your way is the government. That government is responsible for the insanity that is again gripping the country. Every four years voters vote for a President expecting better government and every time they get the same or worse. ..."[2]
Ed's last statement (above) re: "President" is now obvious to more Americans (and other nations as well)! I was just thinking earlier of how the "voters" have gotten the "worse" as of the 41st. Prior to that the voters got about the same as the one that was elected before, back to the 36th.
Learn the four Organic Laws and then let go of the last two as they do not apply to you unless you are on federal land.

ORGANIC LAW - THE BASIS OF GOVERNMENT
THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
"The Declaration of Independence, as the first document of our organic law, presents a spiritual formal statement of the relationship between God the Creator, the People and their government.
People have God given rights and these rights are as permanent and glorious as only God can make them. When government stops protecting those rights it is the duty of the people to alter or abolish that government. The purpose of government is to protect and secure these Rights.
Furthermore, if a form of government becomes destructive of the Rights of the People it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it."[3]

July 16, 2012 - "May Day! May Day!"
"... May Day, May 1, 1789, George Washington would begin his eight year reign as President of the first socialist nation in the world. What made George Washington government socialist? The government headed by George Washington as President of the United States acted as if the national government owned everything and the people had no right to keep all they produced, because they produced it on federal government property."[5]

This thinking by government is fully demonstrated now (by way of threat, duress, coercion, fraud and/or usurpation over the last two and a quarter centuries). I used to think that this progression did not get fully on its way until the "War Against the States" and (in the case of the socialistic "security") greatly accelerated under FDR. Now I am grokking where it really all began! I believe that I has been in a virtual state of denial as to where the socialism all began, out of (what I now call) a form of induced patriotic ignorance. I now see that this is a case of where one who was claimed to have said he "can not tell a lie" was actually a "father of liars". The truth of this (as Ed Rivera has presented it) is setting me free from the "induced patriotic ignorance". My acceptance feels healthy and sobering to me!

I'd especially like the good people in Wisconsin to take notice of this latest presentation by Ed Rivera:
"The Articles of Confederation is the document that begins the formation of a perpetual union of the thirteen States, which signed on to the Declaration of Independence. In this Confederacy, the perpetual union called the United States of America, the member States retain their 'sovereignty, freedom and independence,' but they delegate certain powers which are best exercised by a central or general government. Expansion of these delegated powers by the central government is checked by the expressed right of the people of the States to remain free inhabitant without loss of rights afforded to citizens."[11]

There are three definitions for the term "United States.":
Black's Law Dictionary, "Abridged Fifth Edition" at page 798 defines the term as follows:
"United States.
This term has several meanings.
It may merely be the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations,
It may designate territory over which sovereignty of the United States extends,
or it may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution."
All of which comes from the "Hooven & Allison Co. v. Evatt - 324 U.S. 672" (1945) case:
"The term "United States" may be used in any one of several senses. It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations. It may designate the territory over which the sovereignty of the United States extends,
or it may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution."[6]

May 12th, 2016 -
Dr. Rivera was born in Cochise County, Arizona about three miles from the Mexican border in an adobe house built by his father. A year later, his family moved near Los Angeles to Huntington Park for a time until his parents bought a house adjacent to a small farm in Compton California, surrounded by vacant lots where they would play and grow flowers and vegetables.
He attended the local High School where his obsession with the workings of government blossomed and became so focused he was already being viewed as 'the local expert' in all things governmental by peers and teachers.
In 1960 he joined the 309th Army Security Agency, then a part of Army Intelligence. After basic training at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, he was enrolled in “Traffic Analysis School” at Fort Devens, Massachusetts where he learned elementary code breaking; as it turns out; a skill that would serve him well as a researcher later in life.
After his honorable discharge from the Army, his ongoing interest in government led him to California State University at Los Angeles where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Public Service in 1968. He then entered the UCLA Law School, where he completed his Juris Doctor degree in 1971. He went on to pass the California Bar Exam and became a member in 1972.
After law school, Dr. Rivera he went on to practice general law for some 34 years. His practice grew and during the peak of his career, he was managing 4 law offices in the Los Angeles area. He acknowledges that his experience in that practice allowed him to find and see that there were gaping holes in our legal and governmental systems, but he didn’t know yet how to identify or define them.
So, what would cause a 63 year old man to turn his back on a successful law practice after over 3 decades and instead; become immersed in the discoveries about the underlying truth of our laws and government? Dr. Rivera says it was as though pieces of a puzzle had been gradually coming together in his mind over the years. When the big picture was finally formed; he saw that this was something so important and so ignored in the American educational system, he knew he had an obligation to teach what he had found to others.
As a result of his 'going public'; he also had a little help from the California Bar Association; which found his discoveries incongruent with their status quo; so they insisted he leave the BAR. His name and reputation were cleared in 2008 with his successful appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals [No. 07-50163 (9th Cir. 7/17/2008)].
Dr. Rivera says the proof of his discoveries rest in his ability to teach the secrets of what he calls, 'The Organic Laws of the United States of America'; and what he believes they mean to every American. He presents a solution to the problems caused by an unlimited government and its written law in what he calls 'The Work'. He welcomes everyone to check out his work for themselves and to consider enrolling[10] to learn more about ways to return to lawfully guaranteed self-government.
