Standing In The Truth Regarding The 4th of July
Expanding our vision of the freedoms that the 4th of July represents for us.
Date: 7/2/2012 1:46:13 AM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 1958 times I can certainly celebrate the 4th of July, especially all the Self-evident Truths that are inscribed in the "Declaration of Independence", which I'd like people to know is the first of four Organic Laws of the United States of America. I believe that the second Organic Law deserves to be referred to right along with "the first" one. The second Organic Law is the Articles of Confederation where we find "free inhabitants" who are not under the exclusive jurisdiction of government. If true freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is what we want to promote then I believe that the truth about "free inhabitants" needs to be revealed and understood by the people.
As it is now, there are many people including farmers, like Vernon Hershberger (who is an Amish farmer in Wisconsin) who want to care for their family, their garden/farm and the "community" that it feeds and continue doing so in the many traditional ways that we have without compromising their faith in the goodness of real nourishing foods, just as God intended! However, now we have farmers who have been charged with criminal violations for their non-commercial farming practices.
Vernon was charged with four criminal violations and is facing a trial in September.[1]
The judge declined Vernon's motion to dismiss saying "... The court is aware of no such law." What the judge very cleverly worded as "no such law" just happens to be the most fundamental of all law: the "common law"! The common law is the unwritten law that is inscribed in our hearts by God and it is recognized in the fourth Organic Law: the Constitution! It is actually in full accordance with our Common Law that the people are free to live as they please as long as they do not cause real injury to another individual. Vernon did not cause any injuries to any individual and the evidential proof of that is there was never any claim brought against him alleging any personal injury.
However, there was a "claim" presented by a State official and that agent can be demanded upon to verify their official office (by way of their written oath) and in addition to that the agent should also present a bond to cover themselves personally. We could ask: did Vernon make a demand for such? In any case the fact that there are "judges" who reject motions to dismiss when there are no injured parties involved alone is a stark indication of the lawlessness that often exists in the judicial system today. This is a situation that needs immediate correction!
In light of this situation (and many others, including the ones that were well-documented with films like Farmageddon.[2]
I want to support the knowledge of both the Organic Laws and the Common Law that altogether can enlighten the people regarding their rightful status as free inhabitants. That rightful status is not evident in just "the Constitution".
In addition to the famous date of "July 4th, 1776" there is another date that deserves to be recognized: March 1, 1781. The facts are presented here by Dr. Ed Rivera.:
"The thirteen colonies which freed themselves from Great Britain did not become the United States of America until March 1, 1781, when the Articles of Confederation were fully ratified." The full force of the United States of America occurred on March 1, 1781 when Maryland ratified the Articles of Confederation.[3]
After considerable study of the Organic Laws I now realize that there are actually at least two sets of "archetypes" that have been operating in this country and that these need to be fully identified. Caroline Myss has recorded: "The Sacred Contract of America: Fulfilling the Vision of Our Mystic Founders". I have not heard this yet (and actually I'm surprised that I had not even heard of it til tonight)! I have looked at her 12 archetypes. I think there is at least one archetype missing: The Early American Farmer known as "The Yankee"!
According to Dr. Dale Jacobson (DC) the new Dutch-American farmers were called Yankee as a derogatory name, as if they were being called "Johnnie Cheese".
"H. L. Mencken explained the derogatory term John Cheese was often applied to the early Dutch colonists, who were famous for their cheeses. An example would be a British soldier commenting on a Dutch man 'Here comes a John Cheese'. The Dutch translation of John Cheese is Jan Kaas; the two words thus would sound somewhat like Yahn-kees and could have given birth to the present term. Added to that, the common black-and-white dairy cow had been bred in the Dutch provinces of North Holland and Friesland, then introduced to the North American colony of New Amsterdam (in the mid-1600s) further strengthening the association of cheese with the Dutch."[4]
I believe that without the right vision the people perish! "Right vision" includes seeing things in the right light. There are truths about government that have not been fully brought into the light as of yet but they certainly can be brought into the light now! For the sake of seeing rightly I now let go of all the conventional wisdom regarding the purported intentions of men like George Washington (who has been essentially deified beyond the reach by most of a closer analysis). My teacher, Ed Rivera, deserves tremendous credit for the many "bucket-fulls of cold water" that he has poured over the prevailing mind set regarding government including the part that George Washington played!
I believe that any truly ideal government (including "a government of humanity's I AM presence") requires at least a very broad base of Self-government. I am convinced that Self-government was the very original intention that was embedded within the Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776.
Outer government is only needed when people refuse to govern themselves. There is plenty of evidence for the need for that kind of government and especially, for all the governmental officials who refuse to govern themselves! In regards to the later case, I am determined to encourage people to know and understand the written Law that is the basis for limiting government.[5]
