Taking my health in my own hands--difficult decisions
My Health Team?
Not feeling solid in my team of advisors right now.
Who are my ”got to” people regarding the next steps for how to get out of my present health condition?
I need to call the kidney specialist and postpone the invasive kidney surgery scheduled for January 21.
I need to make sure I can get the surgery when I need it.
My attention is on my health now.

scary nightmare
Just had a scary nightmare on an important day to decision. Much on my plate.
In my dream there were two other people.
Another person, who may have been in part me, had achieved a great gymnastic feat in the past.
I experienced myself in part doing that feat but I wasn’t sure I could repeat that feat.
Today was another day and there was another athletic contest.
The athlete was a woman.
I saw her in my mind doing the athletic feat that was really well done.
There was a big question about whether the athlete could repeat the feat.

A life well lived is long enough--Dr Bernard Jensen 9 y
A life well lived is long enough--Dr Bernard Jensen once said. In this Plant Your Dream Blog, I honor my father Solomon, as well as the other men who were fathers to me, giants in helping me deliver my Soul into the world. I want to honor my deepest truth, and come to terms with my decision today to live and tell my truth that I and others touched by this writing find the courage to live our lives as best we know. This is to live our #Bestyearyet.
I have had a number of men in my life that I consider fathers. My earth father, the man who I chose to give me my genes, was named Solomon.
In his later years, he was elevated to be called a Rabbi, not so much because he has intellectual smarts, as our esteemed today in many Rabbis, but because he had the capacity for child-like innocence, and a sense of love for others and service that endeared him to thousands upon thousands of Jewish lives, and many others regardless of race or creed, who passed his way.
He was an icon at the Groman-Eden cemetery in the San Ferna ... read more

MY STORY DEPARTURE FROM COLLEGE
to be written here
Dear friends on Curezone and elsewhere,
Thank you for bearing witness to my life’s journey.
I have been writing a Plant Your Dream Blog this week with a lot of passion and detail. It is called Notes on the Father of the Essene Renaissance.
It is not easy to stand up in public for what we believe at times.
Writing this blog is bringing up many healing issues with Healing Family Relationships. My dad died last February.
My departure from college was stormy
I want to tell that story here in this blog.

Shirley P. Lowry was my first English teacher at Los Angeles Valley College in 1965. We were friends through the period of my first bilateral hip replacements in 1976. She sent me a copy of the ”Hobbit” while I was in the hospital.
There were numbers of letters between us. I visited her in her home in Pacific Palisades a number of times.
I was going through some archives today and started to write her a letter. It has been many years since we talked.
I sent the card to her husband. I did not ... read more

Crippled, and Abandoned in the Desert of Utah in Winter
There is a story that is coming to mind in this moment that I would like to write. I am in the middle of a couple other threads in my thoughts.
I will hope to get back to this, if you encourage me to write the story.
When I was 25, I was totally crippled.
I could not spread my legs more than 1/4 inch apart.
I was driven to a some hot springs at the recommendation of Stuart A Wheelwright, a noted authority on parasites and many healing arts practices.
I was invited to Ogden Utah to live with him for ... read more

Food Policies at Home,

I haven’t looked in on Neshama Carlebach, a daughter of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach (1925-1994) for numbers of years. I heard about this child before I met her. Shlomo often would name his daughter in his spiritual talks.

This question came into my mind as I was writing my Plant Your Dream Blog ”Notes on the Father of the Essene Renaissance.”
