When I do not take AminoActiv, I do not feel the same.
I took it yesterday and I did well.
I forget that I need to rest.
Everything is taking a lot of my energy.

HOW THE WORD “LOCAL” CAME TO WHOLE FOODS MARKET HILLCREST
I was responsible for helping, or in sync, with the concept of shopping “Local” becoming a promotional concept that Whole Foods Market used. Before that time, this was that was not a word that Whole Foods Market used or promoted. The word was no where in the store to be found on the day following the San Diego #EarthFair when I came into the store with some berries and started the conversation going about having these fresh picked berries in the produce section. I was surprised that the interviewer had never heard of Dr. Bernard Jensen or the word Essene.

Preparing soon to go up to LA for the weekend to see the spectacle of what became of us after 50 years i’m doing a lot better than I did at my 35th reunion I had low self-esteem it was the first reunion I went to. Then I saw my old friend Ira Erenberg there. He asked me if I saw the article about me in the LA Times magazine.
Interesting the thoughts we have about ourselves.
Was a good article.
I like what I’m doing now.
