We are each influenced by others who uplift us. The following series called ”Rare Seeds Among Us,” describe the primary uplifters in my life. Some of these men and women are walking among us today; others have left their memory through the legacy they have left. I believe that as long as a person is remembered then they are still alive.

I laid in bed longer than usual. Yesterday was Food Gathering Day at the Hillcrest Farmers’ Market (FM).

I am at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Library. It is 6:47 pm. I just arrived. The day has been progressively getting better. I was able to find my inspiration at different times, once in the EG Mobile outside of the Taoist Sanctuary, and another time, sitting and lying down at @WFMHillcrest in the above ground parking lot. f the staff were concerned.
