My Health Team?
Not feeling solid in my team of advisors right now.
Who are my "got to" people regarding the next steps for how to get out of my present health condition?
I need to call the kidney specialist and postpone the invasive kidney surgery scheduled for January 21.
I need to make sure I can get the surgery when I need it.
My attention is on my health now.
I have simplified my diet
I have simplified my diet. I am eating rice with some squash. Also some sweet potatoes last night seemed to produce an improved bowel movement. However, I had some gas.
What else can I add?
